From CF San Rafael to MAR1N.
MAR1N is the next chapter of CF San Rafael. The club is evolving into a county-wide identity built to represent all of Marin.

The owners of MAR1N were raised in Marin. We grew up playing here, and after high school we experienced the same problem many local players still face: finding a serious, competitive team close to home is difficult. We were fortunate to find ways to keep playing. Not every athlete gets that opportunity. MAR1N exists in part to change that.
Before MAR1N, there was CF San Rafael — a local club built through players, coaches, owners, competition, and years of work. That history is not being erased. It is the foundation we are building from.
Our goal is to bridge the gap between youth, high school, college, and competitive adult soccer. We want local players to have a club they can come home to, a level that still challenges them, and a badge they are proud to represent.
MAR1N is also about giving back to Marin. That means creating opportunities for younger players, making soccer more accessible, building community programs, and using the club to connect people who might otherwise never share the same team.
We want Marin to have a club it can truly call its own. A place where the best local players have something to play for, kids have something to dream toward, businesses have something to rally behind, and our communities have another reason to come together.
We want trophies. We want packed Saturday nights. We want to compete at the highest level we can reach.
Our biggest win will be what this club leaves behind.
More opportunity. More connection. More pride in the place we call home.
