Every item in the MAR1N store is offered as a pre-order unless a product page states otherwise.
A Pre-Order reserves your item and color/size selection. Payment is collected at checkout. Fulfillment follows the estimated shipping window shown on that product.
Pre-order is not the same as immediate ship-from-stock. Production, quality checks, and batch shipping can affect timing within the published window.
Each product lists its own estimated shipping window. That window replaces vague “ships when the drop opens” language so you know what to expect before you pay.
If fulfillment is delayed beyond the stated window, MAR1N will update product information and work with affected customers on next steps.
You may request cancellation before shipment by contacting MAR1N with your invoice number. After shipment, returns and exchanges follow the Returns & Exchanges policy.
