Ticket & Refund Policy

This policy applies to MAR1N match tickets sold or issued under MAR1N’s control (including complimentary or group allocations managed by the club).

When tickets are sold through an official third-party ticket provider or platform, that seller’s published purchase terms control at the time of purchase. MAR1N will not publish or apply club rules that conflict with those seller terms. If a seller’s terms differ from this page, the seller’s terms win for that transaction.

Ticket availability, pricing, and the active seller for each match are published with each confirmed fixture.

If a match is cancelled and will not be replayed, valid ticket holders are entitled to a refund of the face value paid for the unused ticket (excluding any non-refundable service or delivery fees charged by a third-party seller, if their terms say those fees are non-refundable).

If the club or seller offers an exchange for another MAR1N match instead of a refund, that option will be stated when the cancellation is announced.

If a match is postponed or rescheduled, your original ticket remains valid for the new date and kickoff unless the club or ticket seller announces otherwise.

If you cannot attend the rescheduled fixture, refund or exchange options (if any) follow the announcement for that match and, where applicable, the ticket seller’s terms. Contact MAR1N promptly after the new date is published if you need help.

Kickoff times can change for competition, broadcast, venue, or operational reasons. A kickoff time change alone does not automatically create a refund right when the match is still played on the same date at the same venue.

If a kickoff change is material and you need assistance, contact MAR1N. We will apply the same fairness standard used for postponed matches where the change effectively prevents attendance.

Matches may proceed in rain or other weather unless competition or venue officials postpone or cancel for safety.

Weather alone is not grounds for a refund if the match is completed as scheduled. If weather causes postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, the sections above or “Match abandoned after kickoff” apply.

If a match is abandoned after kickoff and the competition rules require a replay or continuation that your ticket covers, that ticket typically remains valid for the replay or continuation.

If the match is abandoned and will not be completed or replayed, refund or credit options will be announced by MAR1N and/or the ticket seller. Do not assume a refund until that announcement is published.

Contact MAR1N through the Contact form on this website and include: your name, email used at purchase, match date/opponent, ticket order or confirmation number, and what happened (cancelled, postponed, kickoff change, weather, abandoned, or other).

If you bought through a third-party seller, also contact that seller with your order number — they often process refunds directly. MAR1N can help point you to the right next step.

We aim to respond as promptly as we reasonably can during club business hours. Refund timing depends on the payment method and, when applicable, the ticket seller’s processing windows.

Lost, stolen, duplicated, or transferred tickets may not be refundable. Entry is subject to venue and competition rules.
